Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reclassify all trash-to-energy 1
facilities as a Class I renewable energy source. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reclassify trash-to-energy facilities as a Class I renewable energy
source.
