AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSUMER PRICE INDEX AND THE
MINIMUM WAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the consumer price 1
index from the calculation of the minimum wage. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the consumer price index from the calculation of the
minimum wage.
