AN ACT REQUIRING AN ANNUAL AUDIT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 23 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Auditors of Public Accounts to conduct an annual audit of the 2
Department of Transportation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require an annual audit of the Department of Transportation.
