AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF ELIGIBLE EARLY
CHILDHOOD EDUCATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subparagraphs (B) and (C) of subdivision (2) of subsection (b) of 1
section 10-16p of the general statutes be amended to make said 2
subparagraphs applicable to years 2024 and 2027, respectively. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the number of eligible educators who can work in early
childhood education programs in the state.
