AN ACT RAISING THE RESIDENTIAL SOLAR INVESTMENT
PROGRAM CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-245ff of the general statutes be amended to raise the 1
residential solar investment program cap to five hundred megawatts. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the residential solar investment program cap to five hundred
megawatts.
