AN ACT CONCERNING INDECENT DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES,
THE REGULATION OF INTERNET-ENABLED DEVICES, LIVE ADULT
ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTS, SOCIAL MEDIA CENSORSHIP
AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONNECTICUT HUMAN
TRAFFICKING AND CHILD EXPLOITATION PREVENTION GRANT
FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit indecent deceptive 1
trade practices, regulate Internet-enabled devices, live adult 2
entertainment establishments and social media censorship and establish 3
the Connecticut Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Prevention 4
grant fund. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit indecent deceptive trade practices, regulate Internet-
enabled devices, live adult entertainment establishments and social
media censorship and establish the Connecticut Human Trafficking and
Child Exploitation Prevention grant fund.
