AN ACT CONCERNING A TAX CREDIT FOR WAGES PAID TO
EMPLOYEES WHILE ATTENDING SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to establish a tax 1
credit for employers for the amount of wages paid to employees while 2
attending mandatory sexual harassment training. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a tax credit for employers for the amount of wages paid to
employees while attending mandatory sexual harassment training.
