AN ACT ELIMINATING CERTAIN FEES AND TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate any fee or tax that 1
raises less than one hundred thousand dollars in revenue annually for 2
the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate any fee or tax that raises less than one hundred thousand
dollars in revenue annually for the state.
