AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROGRAM TO ASSIST LANDLORDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to establish a program, 1
through the Department of Housing, to assist landlords owning not 2
more than three rental unit properties and who are having difficulty 3
paying mortgages, utility bills, insurance and taxes due to not receiving 4
rental payments and the inability to evict tenants. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To assist landlords who are having difficulty paying mortgages, utility
bills, insurance and taxes due to not receiving rental payments and the
inability to evict tenants.
