AN ACT ENABLING SMALL GROUPS OF EMPLOYEES TO
NEGOTIATE INSURANCE RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to enable groups of 1
fifty or fewer employees to negotiate rates for the purchase of insurance. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To enable groups of fifty or fewer employees to negotiate rates for the
purchase of insurance.
