AN ACT CONCERNING A PARENT'S OBLIGATION FOR SUPPORT OF
A CHILD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 46b-84 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1
a parent's child support obligation shall continue until the child reaches 2
twenty-one years of age. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To continue a parent's child support obligation until the child reaches
twenty-one years of age.
