AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL
NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BY ELIGIBLE COLLEGE
STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require each 1
institution of higher education in the state to identify education 2
programs offered at such institution which comply with federal 3
regulations that allow eligible students to enroll in the state-4
administered federal supplemental nutrition assistance program. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To identify education programs offered by institutions of higher
education which comply with federal regulations that allow eligible
students to enroll in the state-administered federal supplemental
nutrition assistance program.
