AN ACT CONCERNING REQUIRED HEALTH INSURANCE
COVERAGE FOR TELEHEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to: (1) Expand 1
required health insurance coverage for telehealth services; and (2) 2
require reimbursement parity for telehealth services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To: (1) Expand required health insurance coverage for telehealth
services; and (2) require reimbursement parity for telehealth services.
