AN ACT INCLUDING MORAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL OBJECTIONS AS 
AN EXEMPTION TO IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That section 10-204a of the general statutes be amended to include 1 
moral and philosophical objections as an exemption to the 2 
immunization requirements. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To allow a waiver for moral and philosophical objection to the 
immunization requirements.
