AN ACT CONCERNING THE FULL FUNDING OF THE TEACHERS'
RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that the state fully 1
fund the required annual contribution for the teachers' retirement 2
system in every fiscal year. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that retired teachers receive the benefits that they deserve.
