Explanation
The bill, which requires the Secretary of the Office of Policy and
Management to deposit an unspecified amount of federal stimulus
funds in the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund (UCF), does
not result in any fiscal impact to the UCF. In the absence of any other
funding source, the UI Trust Fund would be replenished using
borrowed federal dollars.
