AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE AND TRADE OF IVORY AND
RHINOCEROS HORN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale and trade of 1
ivory and rhinoceros horn. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the black market in the state for rhino horn and ivory.
