AN ACT CONCERNING MICROGRID CONNECTIONS ACROSS
PUBLIC HIGHWAYS OR STREETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to 1
distribute electricity across public highways or streets to complete 2
connections with microgrids. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to cross public highways and streets in order
to connect with microgrids.
