AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR ANAEROBIC
DIGESTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to streamline the approval 1
process for anaerobic digesters, including issuance of single permits 2
approved within one week. 3

To streamline the approval process for anaerobic digesters.
