AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF HIGH-
PERFORMANCE GREEN BUILDING STANDARDS FOR VOLUNTARY
ADOPTION BY MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 7-148 and 16a-38k of the general statutes be amended 1
to permit adoption of residential and commercial building construction 2
standards by municipalities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit adoption of residential and commercial building construction
standards by municipalities.
