AN ACT PHASING OUT THE ESTATE TAX OVER FIVE YEARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to phase out the estate tax over 1
a five-year period commencing July 1, 2021. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To phase out the estate tax over a five-year period.
