This amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal 
impact. 
This bill, which allows the Governor to renew certain emergency 
declarations from July 21, 2021 through March 1, 2022, has no direct 
fiscal impact. 
The bill also establishes a bipartisan commission to study sections 
19a-131a and 28-9 of the general statutes and make recommendations 
on how these sections should be amended to provide greater legislative 
oversight of declarations of public health and civil preparedness 
emergencies and the exercise of executive authority. This provision has 
no fiscal impact.
