Explanation
The bill requires state agencies to assess their ability to update all
printed and electronic forms and applications to include a nonbinary
sex or gender option. Not later than January 1, 2022, the results of the
assessment must be submitted to the General Assembly. There is no
fiscal impact to state agencies to conduct this assessment.
