AN ACT ALLOWING MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENTS TO GROW A
LIMITED NUMBER OF MARIJUANA PLANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow patients who have 1
been approved to use medical marijuana and have been issued a card 2
allowing them to do so by the Department of Consumer Protection to 3
grow up to six marijuana plants. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow approved medical marijuana patients to grow a limited
number of marijuana plants.
