AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ZONING REGULATIONS AND
AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-2 of the general statutes be amended to require all 1
municipal zoning regulations concerning residential zones to allow 2
two-family dwellings. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase availability of affordable housing.
