AN ACT CONCERNING THE COLLECTION AND REPORTING OF ADVERSE CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES DATA. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require the consistent and 1 comprehensive collection and reporting of data concerning adverse 2 childhood experiences, including those adverse childhood experiences 3 that occur prior to school enrollment, by the Department of Education 4 and other relevant local and state agencies. 5 Statement of Purpose: To improve understanding of adverse childhood experiences in order to address the needs of children in the state.
