AN ACT CONCERNING UNAUTHORIZED PHOTOGRAPHY OF A
MINOR BY A REGISTERED SEXUAL OFFENDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a registered sexual 1
offender from intentionally photographing a minor child without the 2
consent of the child's parent or guardian. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect children from unauthorized photography by a registered
sexual offender.
