AN ACT ALLOWING INDIVIDUALS TO OPT OUT OF THE PAID
FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow individuals to opt out 1
of the Paid Family Medical Leave program on an annual basis. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow individuals to opt out of the Paid Family Medical Leave
program.
