AN ACT PROHIBITING THE REGULATION OF FIREARMS BY
MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 98 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
municipalities from adopting ordinances to regulate firearms. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the regulation of firearms by municipalities.
