Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require a study to provide 1 data, via contact tracing, on the number of students who claim a 2 religious exemption from school immunization requirements who were 3 the source of transmission of a vaccine-preventable disease to an 4 immunocompromised student or any unvaccinated person in a day 5 care, school or camp in the state. 6 Statement of Purpose: To require a study to provide data, via contact tracing, on the number of students who claim a religious exemption from school immunization requirements who were the source of transmission of a vaccine- preventable disease to an immunocompromised student or any unvaccinated person in a day care, school or camp in the state.
