AN ACT CONCERNING THE SEIZURE OF ALL -TERRAIN VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subdivision (2) of subsection (a) of section 14-390 of the general 1
statutes be amended to permit any municipality, as opposed to only a 2
municipality with a population of twenty thousand or more, to seize an 3
all-terrain vehicle operated in violation of a municipal ordinance. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit any town to seize an all-terrain vehicle operated in violation
of a municipal ordinance.
