AN ACT INCREASING THE PENALTIES FOR PASSING A SCHOOL
BUS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 14-279 of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the penalties for passing a school bus when such 2
school bus is displaying flashing red signal lights and extending a 3
crossing control arm. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalties for passing a school bus.
