AN ACT CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE EXPANSION OF
PROPERTY TAX RELIEF FOR VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the feasibility of expanding 1
property tax relief for veterans who served a minimum of ninety days 2
during peace time and who were honorably discharged, and the fiscal 3
impact on municipalities of any such expanded tax relief. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to study the feasibility of expanding property tax
relief for veterans who served a minimum of ninety days during peace
time and who were honorably discharged, and the fiscal impact on
municipalities of any such expanded tax relief.
