AN ACT REQUIRING MUNICIPALITIES TO GRANT A PROPERTY TAX
EXEMPTION TO GOLD STAR PARENTS AND GOLD STAR SPOUSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
municipalities to grant a property tax exemption to Gold Star parents 2
and Gold Star spouses. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipalities to grant a property tax exemption to Gold Star
parents and Gold Star spouses.
