AN ACT CONCERNING A CAP ON STATE EMPLOYEE PENSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 66 of the general statutes be amended to cap state 1
employee pensions at one hundred thousand dollars per year. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To cap state pensions at one hundred thousand dollars.
