AN ACT EXCLUDING REIMBURSEMENTS FOR MILEAGE AND
PAYMENTS FOR OVERTIME FROM THE CALCULATION OF
RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude reimbursements to 1
state employees for mileage and payments for overtime from the 2
calculation of salary for purposes of determining retirement income. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit travel reimbursements and overtime pay from being
included in the calculation of state pensions.
