Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a working group to 1
assess how the state can assist minority-owned businesses that have 2
been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a working group to assess how the state can assist minority-
owned businesses that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
