AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC 
PROPERTIES. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to establish a working group to 1 
develop a plan for the establishment and administration of a revolving 2 
fund to support the efforts of local municipalities, historic districts, 3 
village districts, historical societies and other nonprofit cultural heritage 4 
preservation entities to facilitate the acquisition of preservation 5 
easements or other means to preserve historic structures, sites and 6 
landmarks. 7 
Statement of Purpose:   
To establish a revolving fund to support the preservation of historic 
structures, sites and landmarks.
