AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKING GROUP TO EVALUATE
NAMING OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS, STREETS AND MONUMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a working group to 1
evaluate the historical figures honored through the names of public 2
buildings, streets and monuments and determine whether 3
reinterpreting, renaming or removing such civic honors is in the spirit 4
of inclusion. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a working group to evaluate historical figures honored
through the names of public buildings, streets and monuments.
