AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE BEFORE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY EXECUTIVE ORDER OR DECLARATION AFFECTING BUSINESSES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require that the Governor 1 provide ten days' notice to the public before the effective date of any 2 executive order, declaration or modification of an executive order or 3 declaration that restricts a business' ability to operate or capacity to do 4 business, in whole or in part. 5 Statement of Purpose: To provide businesses with ten days' notice before the effective date of any executive order or declaration that restricts a business' ability to operate or capacity to do business.
