AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGULATORY SANDBOX PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a regulatory 1
sandbox program, which allows a person to temporarily test an 2
innovative product or service on a limited basis without otherwise being 3
licensed or authorized to act by the laws of this state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a regulatory sandbox program.
