AN ACT CONCERNING THE HARVESTING OF HORSESHOE CRABS
DURING A FULL MOON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the harvesting of 1
horseshoe crabs during the full moon phase. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To preserve horseshoe crab populations.
