AN ACT ENCOURAGING CONTRACTORS TO USE
ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS AND BUILDING
PRACTICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce licensing fees for 1
contractors who utilize a minimum percentage of sustainable materials 2
and building practices. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage environmentally sustainable building materials and
practices.
