AN ACT REQUIRING RECYCLING WITHIN HEALTH CARE
FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require recycling within 1
health care facilities. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the use of fossil fuels, preserve space in landfills and
minimize the use of raw materials.
