AN ACT ESTABLISHING GREEN JUSTICE ZONES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to enact Green Justice Zones 1
that will reduce industrial pollution and foster environmental 2
remediation projects in low-income areas of the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish Green Justice Zones.
