Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to establish a strategic plan for 1 coastal resiliency against climate change including for transportation 2 infrastructure, septic systems and sewage treatment plants. 3 Statement of Purpose: To implement and prioritize coastal resiliency and storm inundation plans across the state.
