Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require the Public 1 Utilities Regulatory Authority to study causes for increased electricity 2 delivery rates and make recommendations for lower delivery rates and 3 increased consumer choice. 4 Statement of Purpose: To require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to study the increased delivery rates and make recommendations for lower delivery rates and increased consumer choice.
