IMPACTS OF CONNECTICUT SITING COUNCIL DECISIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a task force to evaluate 1
residential impacts of Connecticut Siting Council decisions related to 2
electric distribution company applications. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to evaluate the residential impacts of Connecticut
Siting Council decisions.
