AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY FIRE SCHOOL IN
MIDDLETOWN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Administrative Services for the purpose of constructing a new 5
Middlesex County fire school in the city of Middletown. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the construction of a new Middlesex County fire
school in the city of Middletown.
