AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE, OR PROVIDING A
CLEAN WATER FUND GRANT, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
SEWER LINE IN THE TOWN OF BROOKFIELD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That (1) the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, the proceeds of which shall be used to provide a grant-3
in-aid for the construction of a sewer line in the town of Brookfield, or 4
(2) the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection be 5
directed to issue a grant through the Clean Water Fund for such 6
construction. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the construction of a sewer line in the town of Brookfield.
